Meet Michelle

Certified Somatic Therapist, Women's Fitness & Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Teacher

Somatic Therapy and somatic based coaching can help you rewire limiting beliefs and resolve what might be blocking you from creating new habits and living in alignment with your desires.   In our sessions we can combined outcome focused coaching and working with the body in order to help you change the way you feel about yourself and your life!  When we can align our nervous system to feel safe receiving what we desire is when we can create true and lasting change.

 

 Somatic therapy is a modality that works with the body in the present moment.  It works by guiding the individual to presence their inner experience using different types of awareness to help create resiliency and safety in the nervous system, and by doing so helps to resolve where there is stuck energy/trauma. Somatic therapy can be effective at helping with all sorts of issues including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and more. Read more about it by clicking "Learn More".

In addition to somatic therapy and coaching, I offer personal training and individualized therapeutic yoga. These modalities are great for people who not only need guidance and accountability, but who also desire a program that suits the uniqueness of their body, goals, and needs.
